If you have any concern that you may have symptoms or been in contact with someone that has the Coronavirus please visit https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY.
Until further notice there will be no routine appointments.
We will continue to provide our Urgent on the day triage but please only telephone reception. DO NOT attend the surgery to book any appointments.
Only those patients that have been specifically asked to come in by a Clinician should attend the surgery
Patients that already have appointments booked
A questionnaire will be sent to you via text before your appointment. Please answer ALL the questions and click submit.
You will then receive a message to inform you whether or not you can attend the surgery for your appointment. If you are advised not to attend the Surgery we will contact you by telephone, we may also send you an invite to partake in a face to face video consultation with a clinician.
Until further notice the online booking of appointments has been suspended on the advice from NHS England. We need to be able to triage all appointments to reduce the risk of potentially infected patients attending the surgery. If you require an appointment please contact the surgery 02392 513143
Please download the NHS app so that you can order your medication online and we can send your prescription electronically to the Pharmacy. If you cannot use the NHS app you can email your repeat prescription request to Fgccg.email@example.com. Please include details of your nominated pharmacy. You MUST nominate where you would like your prescription to be sent to. This will mean that you do not have to come to the surgery to submit or collect your prescription.
Please go https://rownerhealthcentre.webgp.com/ and use the e-Consult service for NON URGENT matters. We will receive your request and respond to you within 72 hours.
