To arrange a routine appointment please call the appointments number on 02392 513143, or register for our on-line services. We would ask that you bring only one problem at a time to allow it to be dealt with efficiently. If you feel you may need longer with the doctor, ask for a double appointment.
The practice runs 10 minute appointments with the doctor.
For urgent appointments on the same day call the appointments number. You will then be asked some basic questions regarding your illness so that an appropriate appointment can be given. It is important that you give as much information as possible in order for the correct appointment or initial advice to be given.
If you would like to register for our on-line services please call into the surgery with some photographic ID and this can be arranged for you.
You may speak to a Doctor or Advanced Nurse Practitioner on the telephone if you feel this will avoid you taking up an appointment unnecessarily. Our receptionists will advise you of the best time to call.

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly. For example our nurses are experienced in the removal of stitches, minor wounds, dressing changes, weight loss advice, smear tests, chronic disease management, pill checks, travel immunisations and hearing tests.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
You can also cancel appointments online by replying to reminder text messages with the word 'cancel' or via the online service.
