The practice runs 10 minute telephone appointments or 15 minute face to face appointments with a Doctor, Advanced Nurse practitioner, Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant.
Urgent Appointments
For urgent appointments on the same day call the surgery at 8.00am. You will be asked some questions regarding your symptoms to enable the reception team to allocate an appropriate appointment. It is important that you give as much information as possible in order for the correct appointment or initial advice to be given.
Routine Appointments
To arrange a routine appointment please call the appointments number on 02392 513143 after 9.00am, or sign up for our online services. We would ask that you bring only one problem at a time to allow it to be dealt with efficiently. If you feel you may need longer with the doctor, ask for a double appointment.

If you would like to sign up for our online services please call into the surgery and this can be arranged for you. Please visit reception with photographic ID and evidence of your address.
Did you know that you can also view your medical records?
If you would like access to your medical record please ensure you read the following leaflet - if you are happy to proceed then complete the 'Access Request' form below and bring to the surgery with a form of photo ID. Please note: Any documents made available online will only be from the date patient joined our surgery. Any subsequent documents required- patients will need to make a Subject Access Request.
You can only request access to medical records once you have been registered with the practice for 3 months. Please note that if you request access to your medical records and this is approved by the GP you will only be able to view documents from the date that you joined this surgery.

Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
You can also cancel appointments online by replying to reminder text messages with the word 'cancel' or via the online service. Complete an online form to cancel your appointments
If you need help when we are closed
- Use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111. 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Home Visits
If possible please try to telephone reception before 10.00am if you require a home visit.
You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed and these will be done after the morning or afternoon surgery.
You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
